Ms. Jyotsna Suri
Chairperson & Managing Director
Mrs Jyotsna Suri has been appointed the Chairperson and Managing Director of Bharat Hotels after the sad and sudden demise of Mr Lalit Suri. She has been actively involved with all aspects of the Company operations, as Joint Managing Director, a responsibility she has shouldered since 1989. She is the driving force for all marketing, architectural, interiors and human resource programmes for the Group and is a well-known patron of arts & culture.
Jyotsna Suri also does a lot of work for various charities. She finances a skills training & rehabilitation centre for the blind, extensively supports various charities for the under privileged, the spastics and the girl child, to just mention a few.

Mr. Farhat Jamal
President and Chief Operating Officer
Farhat Jamal is a widely respected and seasoned hotelier, who has previously been associated with Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces for 29 years - where he was the Group's Vice President & Area Director in Mumbai. The success of many Taj hotels, both within the country and overseas, are credited to Mr Jamal, who moved into General Management and other senior responsibilities after having proved his expertise as a Food & Beverage professional.
A certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel and Educational Institute, USA, trained in Switzerland and an alumni of I H M New Delhi, Mr Jamal is the holder of numerous excellence awards - the most recent being the PATWA- Hotelier of the Year Award 2006, the Star Achievers Award for Excellence in Hospitality 2007.

Ms. Deeksha Suri
General Manager - Corporate
Deeksha Suri infuses a fresh perspective to the Group's core management team. A post graduate in Business Management from the London School of Economics, she co-ordinates all corporate activities & is also actively involved in directing the Group's Human Resource division and channelising individual strengths into a unified corporate direction.

Mr. Arvind Sachdev
Senior Vice President – Finance
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr Sachdev has been with Bharat Hotels since the company’s inception in 1981 - responsible for all finance matters and company affairs. Besides being a brilliant financial strategist, he also has a unique and keen understanding of all aspects of the hotel industry and plays a stellar role in major policy decisions in the Company.
Vijay Wanchoo looks after the new developments / projects of the company. He started his hospitality career with The Oberoi group and was also part of the company at the New Delhi hotel from 1987 to 1995.
